Incheon Education Office School Support Team to Assist in Recruitment for 7 Positions Including Temporary Teachers... "Reducing Administrative Burden on Schools"

The Incheon Education Office School Support Team (led by Kwak Mi-hye) announced on the 2nd that it will directly support the recruitment of 7 positions, including temporary teachers and educational public workers, to reduce the chronic administrative workload in schools.

The recruitment support targets include ▲temporary teachers ▲special teachers for overcrowded classes ▲cooperative teachers for the 1 class 2 teachers system ▲special education assistants ▲external instructors for kindergarten after-school programmes ▲meal distribution staff ▲temporary workers in educational public positions.

The School Support Team will fundamentally support the entire process from job announcements to application submissions. In particular, for external instructors in kindergarten after-school programmes, the support will extend to document screening, and for temporary teachers, the support will cover up to the interview stage, creating an environment where frontline schools can focus solely on educational activities.

The support team successfully completed the recruitment support for temporary teachers and external instructors for kindergarten after-school programmes last January, receiving positive feedback from the field. Currently, they are accepting applications for cooperative teachers and meal distribution staff until the 10th, and will sequentially proceed with recruitment support for special teachers for overcrowded classes and special education assistants.

Support for application submissions for some positions of temporary workers in educational public positions is also being carried out monthly. The support team plans to significantly expand the scope of support to all positions of temporary workers in educational public roles as soon as the online recruitment system currently under construction is completed.
