During the 274th Bupyeong District Council temporary session held on the 28th, Yoon Gu-young, Bupyeong District Council Member (People Power Party·Samsan 2-dong, Bugae 2·3-dong), sharply examined the livelihood issues and proposed policy alternatives targeting the Economic Support Division, Job Creation Division, and Resource Recycling Division.

In the inquiry to the Economic Support Division, Yoon questioned the self-sustainability plan after the conclusion of the 'Renaissance Project' which is now in its fifth year. He emphasized that regarding the 'Satisfaction Survey on Yellow Umbrella Enrollment Incentives', which is a promise from the district mayor, "Instead of simply asking about satisfaction with the monthly support of 10,000 won, it should be used as a channel to identify the real management environment improvements or loan guarantees that small business owners truly need during a time of high closure rates."

He also pointed out the equity of the technical support project, which benefits only a small number of the 1,760 factories in the district, and called for a reasonable selection method that more companies can feel within the limited budget.

Regarding the job creation division's responsibilities, he represented the voices of career-break women. Yoon stated, "We need various job opportunities linked to companies that allow women to utilize their existing professional knowledge, rather than being confined to limited jobs like childcare workers."

Concerning the newly opening 'Mobile Workers' Rest Shelter', he noted, "The interior is excellent, but it is located far from the central areas like Bupyeong Station or the rotary where riders mainly wait," pointing out the locational limitations, and urged for efficient operation of the unmanned access system and active promotion.

In the inquiry to the Resource Recycling Division, regarding the allegations of embezzlement of labor costs by the waste collection agency, he urged, "Beyond simple labor-management issues, thoroughly check the accounting transparency and ensure fair administrative handling such as recovery of unjust profits."

On the other hand, regarding the 'Clothing Collection Box Maintenance Project' which was promoted as a non-budget project, he praised the active administration's achievements, stating, "It is very encouraging that the existing scattered collection boxes were removed and contact information was marked, improving the urban landscape."

In addition, Yoon also checked the ▲Management of Environmental Improvement Charges Collection Rate ▲Automobile Emission Gas Regulation ▲Appropriateness of Budget for Operating Unmanned Collection Machines for Transparent PET Bottles, and concluded his inquiries by requesting thorough management and supervision of all projects funded by taxpayers' money.
